Popular Artiste Fameye with the birth name Peter Famiyeh Bozah has been enthroned as the Nyankonton position in the Wasa Land.
Adorned in a traditional kente garment and a crown that symbolizes his newly attained status, Fameye was enthroned on the position of Wasa Nyankonton.
Speaking on the reason artiste Fameye is the selected one among all the many artistes who hail for the Western Region, Nana Sampeh II said, he has extraordinarily uplifted the name and identity of the region through his music, his conduct, and craft.
After his enthronement, he assured the people in his speech that he will continually uphold in high esteem the good name of the Wasa land.
