Mr. Marlon Anipa, the first District Cheif Executive-elect for the newly created Guan district in Oti Region has been reported dead.
His sudden death occurred this morning Tuesday, November 16.
He was a Specialist Consultant and a member of the New Patriotic Party. As the first-ever District Cheif Executive for the District, he served just 11 days in office.
