To Our Health Professionals
I salute all our brave and courageous Health Professionals who have stood the test of the times in these Covid 19 period.
Like our mothers who took care of us in critical moments of our lives when we stood between the twilight of death and life, you have braced yourselves against all the odds to ensure our lives are safe and for this we salute you brave soldiers of the cross.
Yes, soldiers of the cross is a good description for you, because like the Master Jesus Christ, you have and are still sacrificing your lives as frontline health workers to ensure our lives are well preserved.
You face the enemy- Covid-19; and you put your lives and those of your family members and close friends and colleagues at risk everyday you step into our health facilities. But you are undaunted by the power of the pandemic to swallow anyone of you if it could. I believe that because of your Christ-like sacrifices for the sake of others, the Almighty God is also preserving your lives- for He is covering you with His wings as in Psalm 91, and you will continue to dwell under the wings of the Almighty, and no evil whatsoever shall come near you.
I believe and pray the covering power of the blood of Jesus Christ over you whenever you step into our health facilities to care for the sick, afflicted, afraid and worried ones.
I salute all of our Stalwart Health Professionals and congratulate you. God bless you abundantly in all your going out and coming in.
