Supreme Court dismisses Mahama’s motion for leave to serve interrogatories on EC

ISSUE ONE

Court ruled that the petition disclosed a reasonable cause of action

ISSUE TWO

There is evidence on record to show that, the second Respondent obtained more than 50% of the valid votes cast as required by article 63(3) of the 1992 constitution

ISSUE THREE

There is a evidence on record to show that, the second Respondent obtained more than 50% of the valid votes cast as required by article 63(3) of the 1992 constitution if the valid votes cast at the Techiman South constituency are added to the votes as in ISSUE TWO above

ISSUE FOUR

The declaration of the results made by the first Respondent dated the 9th December 2020 of the results of the Presidential election conducted on the 7th December 2020 was not in violation of article 63(3) of the 1992 constitution

ISSUE FIVE

The complain of vote padding by the Petitioner did not affect the outcome of the presidential election conducted on the 7th December 2020
