KEN OFORI-ATTA GIVES HIS WORD TO THE GRADUATES OF UPSA.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony at UPSA on Friday, October 15, was the finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta. He said”this budget that we are going to be doing is going to really focus on the youth and we will have a programme here, looking at the youth and demands and how we can structure, in the next two or three years, the Ghana Obaatanpa Programme to ensure that you become your own boss and you become entrepreneurs.’

He didn’t end there he continued “So there is a new world out there, it is not a factory that employs ten people, but individuals like you employ two or three or four-five people to create that energy for our country to transform,”

He added that Government is willing to create an environmental atmosphere to enable the youth to start their own businesses.

The finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta gave his word to the new graduates of the University of Professional Studies(UPSA) that the next budget will prioritize programmes that will support graduates to become their own bosses.
