Kennedy Agyapong has earlier been summoned by High Court judge Amos Wuntah Wuni for contempt.
Kennedy Agyapong is said to have “scandalised” and “threatened” the judge and, by extension, the court in an ongoing land case.
He reportedly called the Judge stupid
Mr Kennedy Agyapong who was humbled after the Judge invited him later apologises to CJ and the High Court Judge for making disparaging comments about them.
He has been ordered by the High Court to appear on 14/09/20 at 10 am to show cause why he shouldn’t be severely punished for contempt
