Head Coach of Dreams FC William Dorman has revealed the team has adopted the use of technology to help the players train.

Speaking to Rainbow Radio’s Isaac Worlanyo Wallace, he said, he has instructed the players to self-train.

Mr. Dorman said ”we are living in the technological world and through technology, we have created a WhatsApp page where we have presented the players with a training guide. They expected to train 4 times a week including running, jogging, exercise and core stability to help with their insurance.”

”There is a ban on social gathering and so when they train individually, they take photos, and send it to me for me to evaluate them. After two weeks, I will intensify the programme. I will increase their training from 4 times a week to six times a week.”YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE..

No football match will be played in Ghana “until further notice”, the Football Association has announced.
