LEARN TO LOVE THE LORD BY HAVING YOUR QUIET TIME.

Morning Devotion

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
(Romans 8:35‭-‬39 KJV)

If there’s ever time to love the Lord, it is now when the whole world is at its wits end.
Learn to love the Lord by spending more time in his presence through your personal quite time.
Mary saw this secret and Jesus commended her, for she chose the best time and nobody could take that away from her.

Nothing; no circumstance, no situation, can separate you, because God’s love is everywhere: If you want an antidote for loneliness, here is it: You will never be separated from God’s love.

The fact is we do lose loved ones. One could still be married and be alone or one of you is going to die first and you will grieve over that. But if you’re a Christian, you’ll never be lonely, because you can tune into God’s love.

I’m not talking about religion; or a mere relationship; l’m talking about fellowship with Jesus Christ. In fellowship with Him, you are conscious of His unfathomable love everywhere and it lasts forever.

Don’t be encumbered by other “unimportant” things as Martha was.

SHALOM.
